The Resident Doctors' Association (RDA) at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS) and (PGIDS), Rohtak is a dynamic and dedicated body representing the collective voice of all resident doctors —Junior Residents (JRs), Senior Residents (SRs), and DM/MCh Residents — working tirelessly across various departments. We aim to promote academic excellence, professional development, welfare, and unity among resident doctors, while ensuring a healthy work-life balance and safeguarding our rights and responsibilities. The RDA at PGIMS Rohtak continues to play a crucial role in advocating for the rights and welfare of resident doctors, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and that they can provide optimal care to patients in a safe and supportive environment. .
